The woman who accused President Jacob Zuma of rape in 2005 has died. Fezekile Kuzwayo 41, commonly known as Khwezi died in a Johannesburg Hospital The family has released a statement confirming her death. President Zuma was charged with rape in December 2005. He was aqccuited by the High Court in Johannesburg six months later. Khwezi was diagnosed with HIV in 1990 and became an aids activist. She and her mother moved to the Netherlands in 2007, but returned to KwaZulu-Natal five years later
