Seems to be a special edition STM32F102CB for the China market and *should* be compatible. The datasheet for the STM32GC102CB only guarantees 4-6KB of SRAM and 16 or 32KB flash. If it's just a marked down F103CBT6 die then it may have up to 128 flash and 20KB SRAM.
