There’s an issue that comes up repeatedly in divorced parenting plans and time-sharing schedules that people have from their divorce and custody matters. Now, the parenting plan itself and time-sharing schedules, like when the child will be sleeping overnight at a parent's house, of course, are something that could be argued over and litigated, but there’s one issue in every parenting plan that sometimes people don’t put a lot of not necessarily thought into, but they think that for whatever reason it’s just going to work out better than what reality seems to state in a lot of cases. School and educational decision-making issues come up over and over and over again, and it’s hard because you have to look ahead to sometimes years and years and years in the future to determine if you can figure out what the solution is for this.
