Once you put on the ACS uniform, you are officially representing our company in the community. Acting professionally in big and small ways builds respect and trust with our clients. When people trust you and can depend on you, they want to cooperate with you.
So, it’s important that you understand the dos and don’ts of your job.
We designed this 60-minute training video to better prepare you for your duties as a security officer.
Now remember that, although you wear a uniform, you are NOT a police officer.
Your main duties as a security officer are:
to OBSERVE
to DETER
and
to REPORT any incident to the police
And we trust that you will take these responsibilities seriously.
In this video, we will cover many topics ranging from basic conduct to understanding what to do during an emergency.
This one-hour training includes 6 chapters. Each chapter ends with a multiple-choice quiz.
Now don’t panic! You will have plenty of time to answer the questions on the quiz and you will also be able to review the video if you missed important information.
In other words, you CANNOT fail.
