On 13th July 2018 the sod was officially turned for the Irish Life Customer Centre in Finnabair Business Park, Dundalk Co. Louth.
The 45,000 sq ft. development based on 1.6 hectares will be highly sustainable and carry an International LEED Gold Environment rating. The contemporary office building will be open plan across three floors, including car spaces and bicycle parking. Employees will have access to a relaxation area and an in- house gym, enabling employees to balance health, wellness and work life.
