Swarovski Elements, official brand partner and sponsor of the USA Dance 2011 National DanceSport Championships, held a special gala event at the Swarovski Crystallized store in Soho in Manhattan to announce the winners of the on-line contest to decide which costume created using Swarosvski Elements was the people's choice.
