On this day in 1945, US President Franklin D. Roosevelt announced the success of Yalta Conference. Here is British Movietone's report on the meeting of the Big Three.
The winter resort of Yalta was the venue for the latest of the big three. The conference was held in the Livadia Palace and outside Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin posed for the press.
