Bolani is Afghanistan famous cuisine that almost everyone likes it out there. It can be baked in Tandoor or fried in Pan. People mostly like the thin crust ones and it can be filled with a variety of stuffing option for example: potatoes, chives, pumpkin, lentils, leeks and even with minced pre heated meat.

Ingredients used in our video:
3 glass of Water
1/3 cup of Oil
1 tbsp Yeast
2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
1 kg Flour
1/3 of Pumpkin
3 or 4 boiled Potatoes (We decide to make Street Style Bolani for Potato in our future video)
1 bunch of Chives
5 cloves of Garlic
1 Onion
Some Parsley
1 tbsp Salt for stuffing
2 tbsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp Oil for Chives
1 tsp Salt for Chives
