Ingredients
Frozen bread dough cut to roll size or buy the frozen rolls
arrange in greased cast iron if available or oven safe skillet
Set aside until thawed and dough has risen
Mix in bowl:
8oz soften cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded parm
1/2 - 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
1 clove minced garlic
1 cup sour cream
10 frozen spinach or fresh sauteed (water removed must not be wet)
pinch of Cyane (be careful, small amount goes a long way)
salt and pepper
Once rolls have risen add the mixed dip to the center and top with shredded mozzarella
Bake in pre-heated over 350 for 20 minutes
remove (rolls should just start to brown) brush with melted garlic butter and return to oven
under broil for about 2 minutes.
Don't leave out the melted garlic butter and broil
