Easter egg of Venom Snake returning to Mother Base after a long time out on missions or side ops for the game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This cutscene happens if you don't have D-Dog yet and your absence causes the Mother Base staff to train by themselves (with Ocelot taking the lead). You can manually set the time forward (to the future) after you have disconnected from the internet. Setting it a month into the future will definitely make this easter egg happen. Note that near the end of the video, the Target Practice boards are still there after the cutscene, so you can play around with them that you normally would not be able to have access to them.
