A few weeks ago our first (ever!) batch of broilers went to the processor. While the birds were happy and healthy, we have some improvements to make. This vlog takes a break from the usual to analyze in depth the actual costs of our first batch, and discuss some of the possible scenarios of how much the costs could be changed based on the context of our farm.
