Former Russian Military Major, Sergey Trifonov likes to spend his time plunging his body into icy waters.

Sergey, 41, posts videos on TikTok of him fully submerging himself in ice lakes around the Samara region, Russia and performing different ice-related tasks.

These tasks include; eating ice cream, eating raw ice and shaving his head with a blade.

The temperatures of the waters drop below freezing and reach temperatures of -45°C, as they carve through thick ice to get to the icy waters below.
