Math challenges, math activities and mental math starters; these are the things we are focusing our attention on to teach the kids math. In this educational video, Michelle decided to bring a game that focuses on maths and movement and give the kids the chance to understand important words in the mathematical vocabulary.

Bigger, smaller and equal; these are the three different phrases or words that the light was shed on in this video. Michelle was explaining in this video how the kids should make the right movements that would translate bigger, smaller and equal and make it more of a game than it is something they are actually learning.

The idea behind this educational video is to teach the kids math vocabulary through the movements which they could do. For example, teaching them to expand their arms wide to refer to bigger than when a number bigger than 10 comes up or is the answer of a specific equation which the kids will need to solve. Smaller than will be dealt with in the same way, Michelle also taught the kids to shrink as much as they can in order to refer to the number that is smaller than 10, and equal we all know that it could be done by just placing the arms parallel to one another in any way.

Math games for kids are always successful because they excite the kids and eventually educate them ([ Ссылка ]). The interesting thing about this game is that it teaches the kids to count numbers and at the same time it make them aware of some mathematical vocabulary which they should be aware of in the beginning of their math educational journey.

There are lots of games that could teach you something related to math, it could be something about story problems which will let them think and find solutions for their answers ([ Ссылка ]), there are also those math games related to timetables especially when it comes to multiplication ([ Ссылка ]) and you will always find yourself able to come up with some ideas and games using toys or other tools that are found around the house.

In this game which is focused on teaching the kids to understand what is bigger, smaller and what is equal, there are lots of ways that you could use; you could choose two numbers and either add or subtract them, asking the kid to tell you the answer (which will first help with addition and subtraction [ Ссылка ]) and then ask them to show you whether it is bigger, smaller or equal to ten.

The sign equal might usually be used when you need to refer to the outcome of two numbers together, but the kids could also use it when the number they get from the mathematical equation at the end is 10.

Always play with your kids and this means that while you are teaching them math, you should give them the turn to ask you their questions and you should be giving answers in the same way they do. One of the tricks that we suggest for parents is to give wrong answers to see whether the kids noticed such a thing or else not.

Math is interesting for kids according to the way they receive it and from the ways which we usually consider the most successful are those which include games and toys that the kids love to play with in general.
