Start off with 4 to briefly cripple Malgor's damage, then spam 2 as much as you can in order to debuff him, and use 5 right before 4 fades for further damage debuffs. Heal with 3 whenever needed. Once you've capped 2 and 5 stacks, Malgor's damage, hit chance, and crit chance will be drastically reduced and he should be easy sailing. The fight took approximately 2 minutes

Redoing this fight but with potions and forge enhancements. It's way way wayyyyy faster.
