FULL FACE EXERCISE ROUTINE
1. Complete 15-20 repetitions for each exercise movement
2. Remember to ISOLATE the muscle
3. Hold and Freeze for 15 sec. for the lactic burn at the end of each exercise
4. Visualize the muscle that is being contracted
5. Activate the Mind & Body connection
6. See in your mind's eye your muscles strengthening, rejuvenating and firming up
7. Do this routine regularly
8. Enjoy the process, be committed and you will see amazing results!
