Nutcase medal holder product is packed with extra care and extra acrylic cut-outs for stability and strength during transit. Please carefully open the medal hanger , remove all the packing and your product should be inside the protective parts. Use a cutter or scissors to open the protective packing. Also, your product has protective film and it should be remove carefully from one corner.
