First of all we will download Mi flash tool, Minimal adb and fastboot, TWRP and Pixel Rom based on android 10 from the links given below.

I have already downloaded these so will come to next step.
Install Mi flash tool and Minimal adb and fastboot in your computer.
Now open the Mi flash tool and install drivers.
Enable oem unlocking and usb debugging on your phone, i have already made a video,

Take a complete backup of your phone's data (very important as the phone will be formatted during unlocking bootloader process) and then switch off the phone and boot into the fastboot mode by pressing the power and volume down for about 5 seconds.
connect the phone to your computer via cable.
Now open the command prompt from folder name Minimal adb and fastboot and type the following cmd.
fastboot devices - this is to check your phone properly connected to the computer.
fastboot oem unlock - to unlock bootloader - every thing will be erased
now open the phone and go to the settings and enable usb debugging again.
now switch off the phone and boot into the fastboot mode again and connect to the computer.
now copy paste the twrp file in the Minimal adb and fastboot folder and run the following cmd.
fastboot boot twrp-3.3.1-0-tissot.img
your phone will now boot into TWRP recovery mode.
now copy and paste the pixel rom into phone internal memory or memory card.
after that disconnect your phone from the computer and install the rom in your phone.
Once you are booted into TWRP mode Select wipe and tap advanced wipe then the select system, data, dalvik/ART cache, cache. Just remember not to format the storage in which you have saved the PixelExperience 10 zip file.
Now swipe to format the selected items.
Now Select install then search for the PixelExperience 10 zip file which you have saved before and swipe to install it.
Wait for the installation process to be completed.
Once completed reboot your system and be patient as first boot will take time.
