How do you know if the simulator that you are using is approved by the FAA for the operation you are conducting?
Sims can be used for variety of purpose like training, meeting recency requirements, IPCs etc. Hence, it is imperative for us to be sure of the approval of the simulator.
Look for an LOA around the simulator. It is required for the flight school to present the LOA upon request.
