This time around we take a look at Tondo's Ugbo Street during the evening. It's carnival-like atmosphere is a lot of fun and, with so many delicious snacks and meals being sold on the street, it's difficult to make a decision. We try Tumbong Soup with Kiampong rice and lots of other delicacies. Join me while I take an evening tour of this colourful street and Neighbourhood.
