A newly surfaced video appears to show the moment of a Ukrainian plane was hit by a missile minutes after takeoff from Tehran on January 8, during the night Iran fired missiles at US forces in Iraq.
Canadian, American and British officials said that an Iran might have “mistakenly” brought the plane down.
