Sit along and join me for a 20 Minutes Guided Zen Meditation / Zazen for Beginners to boost your mindfulness level and to cultivate peace of mind by just sitting in stillness.
I will guide you into a comfy sitting posture in order to be able to center your focus. I will then accompany you in silence for the time we set a side and gently guide you out once we come to an end.
In Zen Meditation or Zazen (sitting meditation), the focus is usually on counting the breath, a Koan or, if one’s mind is already deeply rooted in stillness, Shikantaza (serene reflection, just sitting).
Zazen is the quickest way to sharpen concentration, achieve unification and tranquility of mind, spiritual emancipation and eventually, if one’s aspiration is pure and strong enough, come to self-realization or enlightenment.
