Ingredients for Sabzi Polo Mahi (serves 8):
8 cups of rice
1.5 kg of herbs (parsley, spinach, mint, coriander, chives, dill)
2 teaspoons of turmeric
2 medium-sized fish
5 teaspoons of salt
3 cups of oil
Ingredients for Ashpal Kuku (serves 8):
2 White fish Roe
5 eggs
1 bunch of garlic leaves (equivalent to 150 g)
4 teaspoons of turmeric
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
مواد لازم برای سبزی پلو ماهی(مناسب 8 نفر)
برنج 8 پیمانه
سبزی 1.5 کیلوگرم( جعفری، اسفناج، نعنا، گشنیز، تره، شوید)
زدچوبه 2 قاشق چایخوری
ماهی 2 عدد سفید متوسط
نمک 5 قاشق چایخوری
روغن 3 پیمانه
مواد لازم برای اشپل کوکو(مناسب 8 نفر)
اشپل ماهی سفید 2عدد
