In this video I look at a variant of a bulkhead light with passive infrared motion detect sensor that is completely sealed with the LED panel built-in. Apart from the novel way (for me) of connecting and installing, I took a good look at real and apparent power drawn when the light is on and off. It turns out that this light can get expensive if you being charged for apparent power and strangely that happens when it is NOT on.

P.S. If you hear me saying "power monitor", I do mean "power meter". I do have a power monitor as well but in this case I do mean the meter. Sorry for getting the terms mixed up.
