The Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies believes that the future belongs to no-one, yet to everyone. The Institute is by its charter here to actively contribute to the betterment of our society, which implies betterment for the largest possible number of people.
We define ‘better’ through our perception of our Nordic values, which are firmly based on trust, equality, openness, integrity, and inclusiveness, and a society where critical decisions about the future are based on insights, not intuition.
The Institute works towards that betterment by leveraging our multidisciplinary capabilities to equip and inspire individuals and organisations, decision-makers and the public, to act on the future, today.
