Some patients can be difficult, rude, or even flat out dangerous As a new nurse, how do you deal with these difficult patients?

In this video, I'll share some of my experiences of dealing with difficult or combative patients as a new nurse, and I'll tell you some things you always want to do in those types of situations.

And of course, you'll always want to know your facility's protocols for dealing with such situations, and have security's number close by, especially when a patient becomes aggressive.
