Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mash daal (White lentil gram) 1 Cup (soaked for 30 minutes)
-Water as required
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) sliced 3 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add white lentil gram,water,salt & mix well,bring it to boil and remove scum,cover & boil on low flame until ¾th done (approx. 7-8 minutes) then strain & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add salt,coriander powder,red chilli crushed,cumin powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.
-Add beef mince,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add water,mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Now add boiled white lentil gram & mix well.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander,lemon juice,cover & simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Garnish with ginger,green chilli,fresh coriander & serve!

-Pot mein mash daal,pani aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein,scum ko nikal lein aur 3/4th done hunay tak boil ker lein (approx. 7-8 minutes) phir strain ker ka set per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,zeera aur curry patta dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tamatar aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Namak,dhania powder,lal mirch crushed,zeera powder,haldi powder,lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.
-Beef qeema dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Ab boiled mash daal dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Adrak,hari mirch,hara dhania aur lemon juice dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Adrak,hari mirch aur hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
