WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 👩🏽🍳 One of the most common questions I get is, “what do you typically eat as a vegan to stay so healthy?” The answer is simple, I eat the rainbow! 🌈 I always make sure to start off my day with some kind of fresh green juice and incorporate plenty of hearty, colorful, plant protein into my day-to-day diet. Since I practice intermittent fasting I typically start drinking my celery juice around 11 AM and I am finished eating for the day by 6 PM. For me, intermittent fasting works best with my body, aligns with my busy schedule, and helps me wake up with the most energy so that I can create endless radical recipes for you all! 🎵 @onegreatvegan
