This Hainanese Chilli recipe is a 90 years China recipe. My mother have learned it from my grandmother who brought the secret from China 90 years ago. Before eating, steam the required amount to remove the raw chiili taste. It goes well with most of the dishes, mainly hainanese chicken rice.

- 1.5 bulb garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- 10 bird’s eye chilli
- 4 tsp salt

- 1.5 粒大蒜
- 1 汤匙食油
- 10 根小辣椒
- 4 茶匙盐

- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
