What spectacular start to the 36th annual International Yoga Festival at Parmarth Niketan Rishikesh! Participants from 75 countries enjoyed multiple lineages of asana, from Classical Hatha to Kundalini to Iyengar to Naada Yoga & Sound Therapy. The evening program included a special Maha Shivratri, India’s sacred festival dedicated to overcoming darkness in the world, filled with messages, dance, songs and inspiring messages, followed by a kirtan concert by Gurnimit Singh.
