bismila arhman arraheem
I want to discuss why I chose to go to Iraq to attend the arbaeen pilgrimage.
Alhumdulilah, by the grace of God, I've performed umra roughly 100 times and also performed haj and my father before me has performed much more than myself.
I had a beckoning or a call which I can't quite put into words and I was compelled to visit iraq.
this was my 2nd visit to iraq as in;
2021 - I booked my trip to iraq 9 days before flights departure,
2024 - 2 days before flights departure,
since the palestinian genocide has started, its very clear to see which countries support the genocide and which countries oppose it. i have always supported palestine and I know that I can wear the keffiyeh and wear the palestine flag in Iraq unlike saudi arabia.
this is due to the saudi arabian regime who rejects the tenets of islam flagrantly and is going against many principles of Islam under the false guise of modernisation for the 2030 saudi vision.
MBS has stated that:
“The Palestinian issue doesn't concern me. I only care about my own country.”
It has been banned to deliver sermons or pray for Palestine in mosques in Saudi Arabia as well as chanting slogans for Palestine is prohibited in the country. Make no mistake about it, Saudi Arabia has already agreed to normalisation with Israel behind the scenes but they are trying to fool the world to hide this.
As imam Hussein pbuh is regarded as a universal, borderless, and meta-religious symbol, the Arba'een pilgrimage has emerged as a symbol of interfaith engagement. It increasingly attracts participants from various religious backgrounds, including Sunnis, Christians, Jews, and non-Abrahamic faiths such as Hindus, Yazidis, and Zoroastrians, who come to commemorate and mourn the death of imam Husayn pbuh.
I hope you like this video, it takes me a lot of time to research & produce.
Don´t forget to give me a comment, subscription or a like.
It helps me a lot to grow.
Thanks 🙏
Mohammad
