Theses are the steps for a How-to heel side - toe side, transition jump, with kiteloop.

As you will see, I pause a little in the air, edge, jump, pause, crank bar. I find the pause helps me with my body posture an to get ready for the pull of the kite as it loops. If i just crank the bar back to take off, the kite will sometimes pull me off center and i will crash and burn.
