As Wales and Scotland mark 20 years of devolution, experts from both nations came together for this Cardiff University debate in partnership with the Institute of Welsh Affairs and the University of Edinburgh, to reflect on their country’s devolution journeys and what the road ahead may hold.
Beginning with insights on Brexit, the British Union and national identity from Ailsa Henderson and Richard Wyn Jones, the 'devo-credentialled' discuss what Brexit will mean for the future of devolution.
