Ingredients:
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar
40 gr. sugar
15 gr soft butter
35 gr flour
10 gr cocoa
1.5 tsp baking powder
Cream:
200 gr cream cheese
250 ml of 35% cream
5 tbsp. powdered sugar
caramel
Glaze
100 gr chocolate
30 ml heavy cream
100 g salted peanuts
Method:
Beat eggs with salt, vanilla and sugar until puffy white. Add the butter. Beat. Pour in flour, cocoa, baking powder, mix with a spatula. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C°.
Make the crumble topping.
Heavy cream whipped with powdered sugar, add cream cheese. The cream is ready. Assemble the cake. Sprinkle melted chocolate with peanuts on top.
Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
