Labour MP Patrick Tay has advocated for workplace anti-discrimination legislation for over a decade. During the parliamentary debate on the Workplace Fairness Bill, Mr Tay emphasised that the Bill’s success hinges on five key factors: coverage, clarity, communication, capability and complementarity.
