Ingredients I used:
- onions, finely chopped
- tomatoes, finely chopped
- green chillies, finely chopped
- coriander leaves, finely chopped
- salt
- turmeric
- red chilli powder
- coriander powder
- any masala of your choice: most people use podi but I used a random masala I really like.

- idli/dosa batter
- butter
