This video is the revision of all the tenses that we have learnt till now.
Description of all twelve tenses is given below :
Simple present tense :
It denotes a truth or regular habit. Sentence structure is Subject + Verb's First Form + Object
Simple past tense :
we refer to a complete action. structure of it is : S + v2 + object
Simple future tense :
we refer to future action that will be complete in future. structure is : S + (will) + v1 + object.
Present continuous tense :
we refer to on going activity. structure of it is : S + (am/is/are) + verbs ing form + object.
Past continuous tense :
we refer to past incomplete activity until some another activity began. structure of it is : S + (was/were) + verbs ing form + object.
Future continuous tense :
we refer to future incomplete activity until some other event occurs. Structure of it is : S + (will be) + verb's ing form + Object
Present perfect tense :
we refer to perfectly complete activity, Sentence structure will be : S + (have/has) + V3 + object
Past perfect tense :
we refer, to a completed action with respect to another. structure of it s : S + (had) + v3 + object
Future perfect tense :
we refer, to future completed action wrt to another. structure of it is : S + will have + v3 + object.
Present Perfect Continuous tense :
we refer to, action that started in past and still continued in the present. Sentence structure is S + (have been) + Ving + Object.
Past Perfect Continuous Tense :
we refer to past incomplete action with respect to another. here, duration of action is given importance.
Sentence structure is : S + (had been) + Ving + Object.
Future Perfect Continuous tense :
we refer to future incomplete activity with respect to another. here, also, we give importance to action's duration in the sentence.
Sentence structure is : S + (will have been) + Ving form + Object.
