Boiled eggs cooked in a spicy tomato onion based masala curry

Ingredients:
Onions 100 g
Tomatoes 100 g
Oil 2 tb
Salt
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 tb
Coriander powder 1 tb
Cumin powder 1 ts
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Red chilly 3 n
Curry leaves 2 sp
Tamarind juice ¼ cup
Jaggery 1 tb
Boiled eggs 3 n
Turmeric pinch
Directions:
Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it, add onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix it well and put the lid on and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, in a slow flame (4 to 5 whistle)
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, red chilly, curry leaves, onion, tomato gravy, add tamarind juice, jaggery, salt, water, mix this and once come to boil add boiled eggs, cook this for few minutes then switch off the flame.
