Using Jokers down trait he can whiff parry all standard throws and most command throws in the game. It should work against all characters with a throw move except for Grundys bf2 throw and Catwomens dd3,3 move. Bane is also the only super Joker can whiff parry.

This tool seems to be most useful against Grundy for each whiff grants Joker a full combo. (Only Grundys trait throw can be truly parried adding to Jokers "Ha count")
