Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the redeveloped India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) complex’s Pragati Maidan, on July 26. This sprawling complex, spread across approximately 123 acres, is all geared up to host the prestigious G20 leaders' meeting in September, solidifying its status as a significant global venue. The government approved the proposal of ITPO for the redevelopment of Pragati Maidan by setting up a world-class IECC in the national capital. The total cost of the project is Rs 2,254 crore.
