Driver A had a stop sign, but arguably made a "rolling stop" and failed to yield. Driver B had no stop sign so he clearly had the right of way. However, Driver B was most likely speeding. The argument could also be made that Driver B has the "last clear chance" to avoid the collision and failed to do so because he was going too fast and not paying enough attention.

We are asking for feedback on the following questions:
(1) Who do you think should be held "at-fault" for this accident?
(2) What percentage of fault or blame would you assign to Driver A and Driver B
