100 pull ups (kips)
200 push-ups
300 squats
Finishing with ANOTHER 1 mile run!
With a 14 pound vest the entire time!
Kara said she felt like she was going down hill 1/2 way through the push-ups... She doesn't remember 75% of the last mile.. Heat exhaustion was to blame... But she never quit.. She never even walked.
