Cross selling requires a good understanding of the products on your shopify website, and the buying habits of your audience.
This flow is based on choosing a best selling product of yours, that when purchased, will trigger a series of emails cross selling a related product to this person (often with a unique incentive).
In this case we create 2-3 emails per cross sell.
This Klaviyo flow can be set up as it's own individual automation, or added into a flow you already have set up known as the post purchase flow.
The post purchase flow triggers when someone buys, and it's intentions are to thank the customer for buying, and validate their purchase decision so they don't feel any buyers remorse.
The benefit of integrating these cross sell emails into this klaviyo flow is how organic it feels, without needing multiple more flows to trigger and potentially overlap.
