Suman cassava is a native Filipino delicacy that is made from grated cassava mixed with coconut cream and brown sugar. We call it Suman because it is rolled and wrapped in banana leaves. Easy and very simple to make. And to make it special, I added sweetened macapuno strings (coconut sport).
