For those of you that train with me regularly, this video might not be particularly interesting, since this is what I do on any given day in the gym. If you don't train with me regularly, then you might see something new.
Over the past two years, I've developed a fairly distinctive, low-impact style of movement based around brachiation, or swinging like a gibbon. I suffer from chronic pain in my legs, which makes practicing parkour in a more traditional manner often a very frustrating experience for me.
That all changes when I'm on the bars.
