How to cook takeaway stir fry bean sprouts
A quick and easy recipe on how to cook a takeaway side dish of stir fry bean sprouts. I blanch the bean sprouts in water for about 30 seconds before flash fry in very high heat. The result is a deliciously tasty bean sprouts with a crunchy bite,
130g fresh bean sprouts (a handful)
1 spring onion
20g sliced onion
2 cloves fresh garlic
Dash of cooking wine (shao xing for you guys)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon MSG
½ teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash white pepper powder
Dash of sesame oil
