The IAEA called for the immediate establishment of a security zone around Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant in a much-awaited report released Tuesday. As Russia and Ukraine traded accusations of shelling Europe’s largest nuclear plant, the IAEA said a security zone was necessary to enable the UN agency to monitor the situation at the plant.
