Swap classic oysters for the cosmic kind 🦪

@thealchemistuk has created a brand new menu with cocktails that are (literally) out of this world, ready to blast your taste buds into space.

We popped in the other day and were able to try:

🦪 Cosmic oysters - Bombay Sapphire gin, yuzu, citrus with passion fruit pearls
🌋 Piña co-lava lamp - rum, coconut and pineapple, with a dash of disco lights
🍊 Jaffa cup-cake - vodka, dark chocolate, marmalade, poured in an edible stroodle cup

There’s also some seriously naughty light bites to enjoy:

🧀 Nduja and cheddar dough balls - where you get to inject cheesy goodness into the dough
🍟 Loaded fries - a delicious combo of vegan sausage, smoked cheese and BBQ sauce
🍗 Buttermilk fried chicken - with a crispy coat that’d make Colonel Sanders swoon
