Top Grade jasmine

Both Jasmines are of great quality but there is definetely a difference.
The top grade jasmine uses clearly superior silver needle buds. They and much bigger and fatter. Thus the tea it self has a more complex profile coming from the tea. The flavor feels more alive and moves in your mouth.
The Second level jasmine uses lesser quality silver needles. While these needles dont provide as much flavor they still give the tea a good base and structure. For this tea the main attraction in the jasmine flowers.
Both teas are refreshing and the Jasmine flavor lingers long after you finished.
