It is pretty easy to do and it comes out great. You just
need a few basic supplies like plaster and a rubber making powder.

Safety Note: Do not do this with plaster of paris. It heats up. You can be burned. Verify the material you are using before using it. I only recommend using Alja safe life casting product. It is specially designed for skin contact and safe. I have a link to the kit I used above.
