Lobster Poutine Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 4 caribou russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 30 oz. of seafood stock
- 1 cup of Pineland Cheese curds
- 1 cup of fresh Maine lobster
- 1 tablespoon of chives
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat melt the butter then whisk in the flour. Once combined then add in the seafood stock. Bring it to a simmer while continuing to whisk. Keep on warm.
Cut potatoes into fries and toss in olive oil and salt & pepper.
After air fryer has been pre-heated place potatoes in it and set at 400 for 15 minutes, flip them then another 15 minutes or until desired color is accomplished.
Place fries on a plate, top with lobster, cheese curds, and then gravy. Add chives for a garnish and ENJOY!
